Why We Do ONLINE Consultations/Rehab?

And Why You Should Consider It Too!

There are two overarching reasons why I believe in Online Consultations/Rehab and that is — expertise and convenience!

Let me explain further!

  1. Expertise

We understand that it can be extremely hard to find a practitioner that understands your needs and goals while having the experience of working with athletes, or individuals that want to be more active. You need someone with the expertise and experience of working with individuals like you—someone who understands the physical demands of your lifestyle and can create a tailored plan to help you succeed.

For instance, if you’re an athlete dealing with knee pain, you want a practitioner who not only has extensive experience treating knee injuries but also understands the nuances of working with athletes, including the specific demands placed on your body during training and competition.

Unfortunately, many consultations can feel passive, relying solely on treatments like adjustments or manual therapy without addressing other essential factors for long-term resilience. Strategies like strength training, plyometrics, and functional movement exercises are often overlooked but are crucial for building strength, preventing re-injury, and enhancing performance.

Equally important is the dynamic between the practitioner and patient; it’s vital to ensure that goals, expectations, and personalities align. If there’s not a good fit, that’s okay! That’s why we offer a free 15-minute consultation—a chance to connect, discuss your needs, and determine if we’re the right match for your journey toward better movement and performance, all without any commitment.

  2. Convenience

Ever since COVID-19, a lot of practitioners started offering Virtual Consultations as a way to combat places that had strict regulations and lockdowns. This shift highlighted how effective and accessible online care can be, breaking down barriers like travel, time constraints, and location limitations.

Imagine having expert care accessible wherever and whenever you are.

This can be especially important for individuals who travel quite often (i.e. due to work, training, sport) and don’t have time or knowledge of clinics in their new location.

For example, we had clients that shared how much they benefited from our care often noting the lasting improvements in their pain, mobility, and overall performance. They even expressed that the results were well worth the commute, appreciating the personalised approach and expertise they received.

    … it’s a trip, but I’d travel for the best!” - Ash

“… sharing a bunch of exercises to provide relief Virtually which I didn’t think would help…” - James

By connecting with professionals virtually, individuals could address their health concerns without sacrificing quality or personal attention. Today, virtual consultations continue to help more people, offering tailored support to those who may not otherwise have access to expert care, making it easier than ever to prioritise health and recovery.

If you're unsure whether this is the right fit for you, take the first step toward a healthier, stronger you by booking a free 15-minute consultation. Let’s discuss your concerns and create a plan that works for you. Your journey to better movement and improved well-being starts today!
