It’s Never Too Late to Start Exercising.

A few days ago, I came across this Instagram post. And I thought it’d be a good idea to share its message.

The key message? - It is NEVER Too Late to Start Exercising.

It doesn’t matter if you are 70 years old, in a wheelchair, or in chronic pain. Lately there are more and more people being “recognised” as the person with _____ and doing (insert something impressive).

The other main point? - There will always be an excuse to not exercise… or well… do anything. The big project you want to do. The new thing you want to try.

It could be something simple—like not knowing how to start—or more complex, like financial pressure, work, or stress. But if you take a moment to zoom out and think about the kind of life you want to live at 70... what you want to be able to do, how you want to feel, and the freedom you want your body to give you—those excuses start to feel a little smaller.

And if you—or someone you care about—is dealing with CHRONIC or ACUTE PAIN, here’s the good news: exercise can still help. A lot.
But we’ll dive deeper into that soon.

And if you don’t know where to start OR want to give the gift of exercising (or rehab) to someone in need - we are currently offering a FREE 30 MIN DISCOVERY CALL via here.
